Friday Feature

This week I finally made some beads that didn't end up exploding with a steaming hiss in the water jar of doom. Photos of those coming next week but I thought a photo of the bead which put me back on the path of loving glass would be appropriate. 

This bead has long since sold but it was one of my favourites. Had known how hard it was going to be to make anything like it again I probably would have kept it, or at least made some notes. Actually looking at it here it has just given up one of it's secrets that I had forgotten.... hmmm something to play with tomorrow.
