BeadCreep is Back

It always takes me a little while to find my feet (or hands in this case) again after I have been out of melting action so I was pleased that it hasn't taken quite as long this time round. I spent much of last week on the torch and I have to tell you I had a great time. I have some new beads in the pipeline, they are organic for a change and I thoroughly enjoyed making them, photos will be coming shortly. This weekend I embarked upon something of a sorting expedition... so many beads... so little room... beadcreep was back with a vengeance and was overwhelming! I have (brace yourselves) thrown out a huge amount of beads over the last two days, most of which were perfectly good beads but for whatever reason I had taken against them. I feel cleansed and lighter of spirit and my hope is that the purging will free my muse and create a space for new ideas, I know, LOL but hope springs eternal.  Every now and again during the throwing frenzy a small treasure would rise to the surface and beg to be saved. Here are three of the lucky ones that didn't hit the bin, coming soon to my Lampwork Jewels shop :)
