You must contact me within a reasonable time scale.
If your item is faulty a refund or exchange will be offered depending on the time scale.
I operate a full, no questions asked, returns policy.
In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations please contact me within 14 working days of receipt of goods to request a refund. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.You don’t need to provide a reason.
You should return the goods unused and securely packed in the original packaging where possible to the address below..
Refunds will not include return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Any losses or damage incurred during the return may mean I cannot refund you. Therefore I strongly advise you to use Royal Mail Special Delivery or international equivalent that has the appropriate insurance cover.
Refunds can only be returned to the source that was originally used to pay. For PayPal payments this means that refunds will be credited to the customer's PayPal account and not the card that was used to pay through PayPal. For credit cards this will be to the card that was originally used for the transaction.

I don't have direct access to any of your financial information such as bank account or credit card details during any part of the payment process.
Only your basic personal details which relate to your order are available to me
i.e. name, email address and delivery address which you supplied during the checkout process.
Your personal details are never stored on a local computer but they are contained online within the PCI merchant services. These details are printed solely for the purposes of providing a delivery note with your order.
I will only contact you if necessary on matters arising directly from you order and not for any other purposes unless you have signed up for my mailing list.
The website, shopping cart and credit card processing is provided by Shopify ECommerce Solutions. Upon checking out, you will be taken to the secure https://checkout.shopify.com/carts page and your credit card payment is then processed via Shopify's PCI compliant and 3D secure process.
If you prefer, you can use Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account to pay with Paypal). Judith Johnston is a Paypal Verified Business Account holder.
