Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the cost price.
Postage is not refundable.

Refunds will not include return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Any losses or damage incurred during the return may mean I cannot refund you. Therefore please use Royal Mail Special Delivery or international equivalent that has the appropriate insurance cover.
Refunds can only be returned to the source that was originally used to pay. For PayPal payments this means that refunds will be credited to the customer's PayPal account and not the card that was used to pay through PayPal. For credit cards this will be to the card that was originally used for the transaction.
We regret that custom made to order jewellery or lampwork beads cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
