I gave Natalie my fan heater from the shed, she needed it more than me and I thought I wouldn't be heading shedwards anytime soon because I have a rotten head cold. When ones child phones up from her bed, fully clothed and one can hear her teeth chattering with cold, measures need to be taken to rectify the situation but buying a new heater was not on the agenda. Obviously the second the front door clunked shut behind her and afore-mentioned fan heater I became immeadiately desperate to make beads... I had a debate with myself and ordered a new and rather spiffy halogen heater about 20 minutes later! I am now waiting for the delivery, it might be tomorrow, it might be next week, I just don't know and I have no fancy schmancy tracking so I can follow its journey across hill and dale.In the meantime I have ordered all my Christmas presents online and I am hoping they will also turn up in the next few days so hopefully all my waiting in will be over by the end of this week, that's the plan anyway, genius huh?I have also been out to the shed to try and work out where to put my new-fangled high faluting heater so it doesn't set fire to anything. I have tried tidying up, did I tell you about the pixie dust incident? glitter-tastic! I have tried shifting things about but the real problem is that I am trying to get a quart into a pint pot....the shed is FULL, it's a problem and I don't know what I'm going to do about it...I need to figure it out quickly though because the second that heater turns up I'm going out to melt some glass even if I have to strap the heater on my head to do it.
