Woohoo, I lost a pound and a half! I also took a quick poll of my weight watcher comrades and the general consensus of opinion was as follows.... When you follow the programme properly then you are probably going to get pretty hungry and when you are genuinely hungry you will not only eat enormous quantities of vegetables, fruit and other worthy foodstuffs but you will also enjoy them. Clearly I am not following the programme properly but it wouldn't take a genius to work that out.Also most people love vegetables etc. anyway and I am a freak.I had pizza to properly celebrate Suzies birthday and it was yummy.Off to put on another vat of vegetable soup.....Today I have been ferociously tired and bad tempered (cheese overload?) but George sent me this and it cheered me up immensely.
